THE PRINTING SUPPLIERS
Manufacturer and wholesaler of Inkjet and printing applications
Use resources and reduce costs
IDEA
From the idea to success
At the young age of 21, owner Marian Ambrosius and a partner opened retail stores for refilling printer cartridges. The outrageously high prices for original consumables as well as the waste of resources due to the one-time use of cartridges were the driving force and logical consequence of success. In order to focus on commercial applications, CM printing GmbH was founded in 2014. The diversity of the business areas initiated the product brands - Druckerguru, Poststelle24, Postal Supplies as well as Professional ink. This provides the respective target groups with a clear and compact overview of the relevant product range.Production meets innovation and progress
DEVELOPMENT
Continuous progress as a pacemaker
CM printing stands for innovation and progress. As a mechanical engineer, Marian Ambrosius is driven daily by curiosity about possible improvements. In the early years, CM printing mainly developed precise and technologically supported production in the field of inkjet printhead reuse. Subsequently, the focus was placed on the development and mastery of chip technologies. As a result, today CM printing is able to program almost all chips for offered products in-house, thus controlling high reliability. With the development of a compatible chip for Funai Yellowstone cartridges, CM printing can now offer a cost-effective alternative in this increasingly important market segment. In the coming years, we will focus on further chip developments with priority in the industrial application area and develop new products here.Manufacturer and reliable partner at eye level
PHILOSOPHY
Meaningful action - every day
Doing the right thing well - this is the core idea of CM printing. As a manufacturer, we are a reliable partner for our customers. A trusting cooperation at eye level aptly describes the relationship with our often long-standing customers. Our employees experience a flat hierarchy, where mistakes are allowed and suggestions are welcome. Together, we have mastered difficult times during the Corona pandemic and handled high order volumes with just as much overtime. CM printing is a team. In addition, we see ourselves as pioneers of environmental awareness, which has rightly become the focus of much attention. We process tens of thousands of printer cartridges per year, which would otherwise have been shredded and recycled after components in the best case. Reusing empty printer cartridges is both - ecological and economical - because our products are cheaper with comparable quality and are manufactured in a way that conserves resources.Sustainable action through reuse
SUSTAINABILITY
Awareness
"Intended for single use" - these words can be read on many print cartridges. We ask ourselves: who is seriously developing products that live up to this phrase? Can it really be that products could only be used once - apart from applications in medical/hygienic sectors? We think - NO! The sad joke about this OEM business model is that the vast majority of products can be reused multiple times without much loss of quality! Since the beginning of CM printing, the environmental aspect has been one of the top priorities. Reusing empty print cartridges is a sustainable action in many respects. On the one hand, composite plastics, often in combination with metals and ink residues, do not have to be disposed of or thermally recycled, but can be refilled and used again after emptying and cleaning. The energy we put into the product is many times less than the energy used in its manufacture. Furthermore, our use of resources in terms of materials is also reduced to ink, water and, if necessary, new chips. Over the years, we have thus prevented several tonnes of hazardous waste. The discussions about climate change and its consequences are reaching corporate leaders who are becoming aware of their ecological - social responsibility and consequently like to use our products. A logical consequence occurred at the beginning of 2021: the repair of inkjet printers and the expansion of the product range to include refurbished printers.OUR BUSINESS AREAS
